Only you (or an authorized representative) are able to order a replacement key for your vehicle from your local Mercedes-Benz dealer. To ensure our valued customers are protected, Mercedes-Benz Canada requires the following documentation when ordering and retrieving keys.

Original copy of vehicle registration. Vehicle owner driver’s license, passport or identity card. Pick up of your key at a Mercedes-Benz Dealer is mandatory. Your vehicle must be present at time of key pick-up in order for your dealer to synchronize the key to your vehicle before it can be used.
