Please include the complete VIN, a description of what you seek, and a complete email footer showing your information. Please attach any relevant supporting documents and allow one business day for review.

For stolen vehicle assistance or emergency cases, please contact the Mercedes-Benz Canada Customer Assistance Centre at 1-800-387-0100. Regular hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. For any after-hours calls, please select Option 1 for Roadside Assistance (24/7 service) and describe your emergency to the operator.
