AIRMATIC with intelligent damping control
<p>For an optimal balance of comfort and control, the AIRMATIC suspension's electronically controlled air springs can continually adjust to conditions. New intelligent damping can use Car-to-X information from other Mercedes-Benz vehicles driving ahead to "feel out" surface irregularities before you feel it in the S-Class. Automatic 4-wheel level control can adapt to cargo and passengers, and lower at speed to enhance stability and efficiency.</p>
Digital Extra: MB.DRIVE ASSIST
<p>An extensive suite of standard driver assists helps support the driver with steering and lane changes. Intelligent systems use a network of sensors that constantly watch lane markings, GPS map data and even the vehicle ahead of you to help make driving simpler and less stressful.</p>
Drive Dynamic multicontour front seats
<p>Multicontour front seats each feature adjustable lumbar supports, side bolsters and shoulder supports, for custom-tailored support. Drive Dynamic active side bolsters can be set to automatically increase lateral support in cornering manoeuvres, or even in the event of a potential accident. Ten massage programs can soothe and rejuvenate the lower back and shoulders, including two modes combining massage and heat for a "hot stone" effect worthy of a high-end spa.</p>
Heated front seat belts
<p>Fast-acting eectric heating of the front seat belts can further enhance comfort on chilly days. The feature activates automatically when the seat heating is turned on, or can be deactivated via the central touchscreen.</p>
MBUX Superscreen
<p>With the MBUX Superscreen, the front passenger is provided with their own 12.3 -inch LED touchscreen for entertainment, including video and gaming from a growing list of streaming platforms. It's compatible with Bluetooth® gaming controllers or the passenger's phone. Eye-tracking technology is among the safeguards against driver distraction.</p>
