3.0L inline-6 turbo engine with mild hybrid drive
<p>The seamless power and natural balance of an inline-6 pair with another Mercedes-Benz tradition: a technological leap ahead. The lightweight, beltless engine is electrified with an Integrated Starter-Generator that can add up to 20 hp, allow gas-free coasting, and recapture energy during deceleration. With a twin-scroll turbo, CAMTRONIC variable valve lift, and friction-reducing NANOSLIDE cylinder walls, the gas engine outputs 375 hp and 369 lb-ft of torque on its own, for smooth, efficient response.</p>
4MATIC fully variable all-wheel drive
<p>A specially engineered version of 4MATIC can automatically send from zero to 100% of the engine's torque to either axle, front or rear. A transfer case with a multi-disc clutch can vary the torque distribution based on the driving conditions in the moment. While this allows for precise response to varying surfaces and individual-wheel traction off-road and in inclement weather, it can also enhance handling in any season by favourably influencing the vehicle's rotation.</p>
64-colour LED ambient lighting
<p>A network of LEDs let you create cabin ambience to suit your mood. Edge-lighting outlines the dash/door trim and console grips, and casts a glow in the footwells, door handles and door pockets. Along with 64 selectable colours and adjustable brightness, numerous programs let you enjoy two colours at once, or slowly changing hues. The dash lighting briefly acknowledges your climate-control adjustments. And a "light show" greets your arrival.</p>
360 camera
<p>The advanced 360 camera uses cameras in all four directions to compose a single, live overhead view of your immediate surroundings. Displayed on the in-dash multimedia screen during low-speed manoeuvres, it can helpyou avoid obstacles as you negotiate tight spaces, whether you're moving forward or backing up.</p>
Panoramic sunroof
<p>Offering sweeping skyward views to 1st- and 2nd-row passengers, this fully functional glass sunroof features a front panel that can either tilt up for ventilation or slide over the rear panel for an open-air feeling. Dual interior power shades allow occupants to adjust the amount of sunlight entering the cabin. A 50% larger viewing area lets passengers, even in the available third row, enjoy a greater view of the sun and stars.</p>
